Relationship Manager / Sales Officer for SBM Leasing, Inc. (Cagayan) As a Relationship Manager / Sales Officer for SBM Leasing (CDO), you will be responsible for all sales and marketing activities from lead generation/handover from the distributor to close within the target market. You will develop and implement a marketing plan with the Sales Team Head and work with the Sales Team to deliver customer satisfaction and revenues that achieve the business plan. You shall ensure that the desired profitability is achieved vis‑à‑vis the risk profile of the account. How You’ll Contribute Developing annual business, sales, or marketing plan in conjunction with the Sales Team Head, detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year, focusing on meeting or exceeding sales quota and raising brand awareness of the Company. Recommending/proposing sales‑related activities that generate more bookings and raise brand awareness. Maximizing all opportunities in the process of closing a sale, taking market share from competitors. Selling consultatively and making recommendations to prospects and clients on various solutions, including financing from SBC. Developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face‑to‑face cold calling, direct mail, email, and networking. Creating and conducting effective proposal presentations. Preparing a Credit Proposal that reflects the Company’s requirements and justifies the credit structure. Presenting clear, accurate, detailed information on the account’s operations, management, and financials, defining risks and mitigating factors. Working with the Financial Analyst Team for completion of the Credit Proposal. Maximizing earning potentials and business growth from existing accounts through effective relationship management, account planning, profitability, and risk management tools. Keeping updated with the Credit Policy and its revisions/enhancements to ensure compliance with the Company’s and parent bank’s policies and other governing policies. Benchmarking and networking with other Sales Officers/Relationship Managers, including those in the parent bank and its subsidiaries, to gather vital information on accounts and industry practices. Together with Sales Team Head, Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst Head, presenting and justifying accounts for approval by the appropriate authority. What We’re Looking For At least 5 years of experience in sales handling SME, Commercial, and/or Corporate Accounts. Good knowledge of credit structuring, policies, transactional procedures, product features, regulatory aspects of lending and banking, and legal documentation. Strong interpersonal, marketing, and analytical skills; needs analysis and solutions‑matching abilities. Outgoing and passionate about customer service and collaboration with shareholders, product, and operational partners; capable of interacting intelligently with senior leaders, internal or external, and aggressive in looking for opportunities to expand client relationships.
