For more information, visit: Key Responsibilities Design and document game mechanics, systems, and features Develop level layouts, missions, quests, and game progression Collaborate closely with developers, artists, and producers to implement and iterate game design Create prototypes and iterate based on feedback and playtesting Analyze player behavior and metrics to inform design improvements Balance gameplay elements to maintain challenge and player engagement Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas Maintain design documentation and ensure clear communication across teams Stay updated on gaming trends, player preferences and competitor analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in game design or related roles Strong understanding of game mechanics, level design, and player psychology Experience with design tools such as Unity, Unreal Engine, or proprietary editors Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to take creative feedback and iterate quickly Passion for game and storytelling Preferred Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Lua, Python) Experience working with Unity, usage of tools Experience working on multiplayer or live service games Knowledge of data analytics and A/B testing to optimize game design Employment details Employment type: Full-time Industry: Information Technology Other: Gaming Facilities and Casinos #J-18808-Ljbffr
