Job description: We are looking for a results-driven User Acquisition Manager to lead and optimize customer acquisition strategies for a global digital entertainment platform . The ideal candidate has proven experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and driving customer growth through data-driven decision-making. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proven experience in a similar acquisition or growth marketing role, preferably within digital entertainment, online platforms, or technology industries. Strong understanding of key marketing performance metrics such as CPR, CPA, ROI, conversion rate, and lead-to-customer ratio. Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented environment. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implement multi-channel acquisition campaigns (digital, social media, affiliate marketing, etc.). Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure efficiency and maximum reach. Track and analyze CPR, CPA, and ROI metrics to ensure cost efficiency and campaign effectiveness. Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through testing and data insights. Plan and execute large-scale campaigns to increase brand visibility and user base. Measure campaign success using KPIs such as impressions, clicks, and conversions. Manage and optimize the lead-to-customer conversion process. Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer journey and onboarding experience. Utilize analytics tools to assess marketing performance and user acquisition trends. Prepare reports and insights for senior management to guide strategic decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product and analytics, to align marketing initiatives.
