Overview ACCOUNTING STAFF - CASHIER The Cashier of the Foodcrafters Inc. is responsible for managing and replenishing the Cashier’s Funds. She ensures the availability of the needed cash to cover petty expenses, employees’ advances and emergency expenses for the day to day operations of the company. She is also responsible for releasing cash & check salaries of employees and project workers and other cash disbursements. Responsibilities Check the daily collection report from sales agent and outlets versus cash or check remitted. Cash counting of remittances from collectors and prepare deposit slips Received cash return from liquidation and other payments. Do the banking transaction Maintain updated passbook of company bank accounts Prepare daily treasurer’s report with complete supporting documents such as deposit slips and original copy of properly signed daily collection reports. Forecast and maintain cash fund Pre-checking of the completeness of documents such as reimbursement, liquidation and other documents Releasing of other department revolving fund , cash fund request and other payments. Summarizes and balances the cashier’s funds Prepare petty cash replenishment Maintain Soft Copy of Invoices on replenishment for BIR reporting ( thru scanning/photocopying) Maintain files of daily collection report according to series Maintain receiving file of disburse cash payments Safekeeping of postdated and warehouse checks if any Counter checking of other replenishments such as logistics and sales revolving fund replenishment. Assist in releasing of checks to supplier on weekly basis Performs other functions as deemed necessary by the Company Officer. Commitment and compliance in the food safety and quality policy of Foodcrafters Inc. Essential Requirements and Competencies Graduate of Accountancy or any related discipline Core competencies required for the position. At least 1-3 year related experience Specialized Knowledge in: Cashiering Banking Transactions and Monetary Safekeeping Office Housekeeping (Reports Filing and Records Maintenance, labelling and safekeeping of keys) Candidates who possess, among other skills, the following: Keen on Figures Good Oral and Written Communications (English and Filipino) Computer (MS Word, Excel) Trustworthy #J-18808-Ljbffr
