Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead is responsible for guiding and supporting the recruitment team to effectively attract and hire top talent across the organization. This role blends hands-on recruiting with leadership responsibilities, ensuring recruitment efforts align with business objectives while delivering a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition or recruiting
- At least 12 years in a leadership or mentorship role within a recruitment function
- Prior experience in a U.S.-based healthcare organization
Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide daily leadership, coaching, and feedback to Talent Acquisition Specialists and Coordinators
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring processes
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for key roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and quality of hire to identify improvement opportunities
- Contribute to employer branding efforts and represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and university engagements
- Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies throughout the recruitment process
- Promote a collaborative, accountable, and innovation-driven culture within the recruitment team
