Key Responsibilities Accurately assign diagnosis codes in accordance with ICD-10-CM and CMS-HCC guidelines. Perform comprehensive chart reviews utilizing computer-assisted coding tools. Apply advanced coding principles to ensure each diagnosis is fully supported by medical documentation. Demonstrate a strong understanding of compliant documentation standards for CMS-HCCs. Maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and productivity . Identify and elevate any coding or documentation issues to the Team Lead, Operations Manager, or Coding SME as appropriate. Qualifications Role 1: Minimum 1 year of experience in Risk Adjustment (RA) coding . Role 2: Minimum 2 years of RA coding experience , or 1 year in RA coding plus 2 years in other medical coding areas . #J-18808-Ljbffr
