Administrative Specialist/Assistant

- Manage customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing information about products, services, and promotions.
- Process sales transactions, including cash, credit card, and financing options, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Assist in the preparation of motorcycle sales and service agreements, including warranties and maintenance records.
- Handle inventory management, including tracking stock levels, ordering parts, and restocking as needed.
- Organize and maintain customer files, service records, and financial documents.
- Coordinate appointments for motorcycle repairs, servicing, and test rides.
- Process invoices, payments, and track accounts receivable.
- Assist with the shop’s marketing efforts, including updating promotional materials or online listings.
- Ensure the shop’s office area is clean and well-organized.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service, preferably in retail or automotive sectors.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic accounting systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer service.
- Ability to handle sensitive customer and financial information with confidentiality.
- Knowledge of motorcycles or mechanical services is an advantage but not required.
