  • Assist with the shop’s marketing efforts, including updating promotional materials or online listings.
  • Ensure the shop’s office area is clean and well-organized.
  • Previous experience in administrative roles or customer service, preferably in retail or automotive sectors.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and basic accounting systems.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for customer service.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer and financial information with confidentiality.
  • Knowledge of motorcycles or mechanical services is an advantage but not required.
