Job Description: We are looking for customer-focused and tech-savvy individuals to join our E-Signature Software support team. As a CSR/TSR, you will assist users with account inquiries, subscription concerns, and technical issues related to digital signatures, document workflows, and platform features. Key Responsibilities: Provide customer support via phone, email, or chat for users of the e-signature platform. Assist customers with account setup, subscription management, and product navigation. Troubleshoot technical issues such as document uploading, signing errors, verification problems, and integration concerns. Guide users through step-by-step solutions and ensure a smooth document signing experience. Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or engineering teams when needed. Educate customers about product features, best practices, and secure document handling. Maintain accurate documentation of interactions and resolutions. Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: At least 6 months BPO experience (CSR or TSR). Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating software tools. Experience handling technical or SaaS accounts is an advantage. Ability to multitask, analyze issues, and provide clear solutions.
