Within the resort, guests may find a tranquil escape in Chi, The Spa. We are looking for a Assistant Training Manager. As an Assistant Training Manager, we rely on you to: Assist the Director of Human Resources in accomplishing hotel and department goals Identify the department's training needs and develop a training plan for skills, knowledge and other areas for improvement Assess training needs based on performance monitor, employee feedback, guest comments, among others Assist the Director of Human Resources in administering HR policies and procedures, promoting culture and creating a learning environment Demonstrate key competencies and values Be a role model of the Shangri-La beliefs, purpose and vision We are looking for someone who: Has a passion for learning and development Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel Has good communication and people management skills Communicates and writes with fluency in English Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task Enjoys interacting with people Is a critical thinker and a problem solver Is able to communicate priorities and drives business results If you are the right person, what are you waiting for?
