Call Center Representative

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or conduct surveys (if applicable).
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods/tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Proven customer support or call center experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computers and CRM systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with challenging situations.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Fluency in English
