We help merchants streamline their payment processing, reduce transaction fees, and offer secure, reliable services to their customers. As part of our expansion, we are seeking energetic and persuasive Cold Callers to join our sales outreach team. Position Summary The Cold Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to small and medium-sized businesses across the U.S., introducing All Star Merchant’s payment gateway services, identifying decision-makers, and setting appointments for the sales team. This is a performance-driven role for someone with confidence, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Make high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective business clients. Pitch All Star Merchant’s payment gateway features and benefits clearly and professionally. Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team. Handle objections and answer basic questions about services. Record call details and lead interactions in the CRM system. Follow up with warm leads and maintain consistent communication. Meet or exceed weekly targets for calls, appointments, and conversions. Requirements Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or lead generation (B2B sales preferred). Excellent verbal communication and persuasive skills. Goal-driven with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Comfortable using CRM systems, call dialers, and remote tools. Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics. Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment (remote setup). Preferred Qualifications Experience in merchant services, fintech, or payment processing. Knowledge of common payment gateway terms and business pain points.
