Job Description As a Senior Reporting Analyst, you'll be the analytical backbone of the Customer Experience (CX) team-translating complex data into actionable insights, creating interactive dashboards, and ensuring leadership teams have the clarity they need to make data-driven decisions that improve customer satisfaction and business performance. Strong background in data extraction and analysis from customer management and telephony systems. Skilled in data cleansing, validation, and ensuring report accuracy. Ability to translate business questions into structured reporting solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present insights clearly to diverse audiences. Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and governance standards. Your Daily Tasks Dashboards & Reporting Build and maintain Power BI dashboards showing real-time and historical insights on customer behavior, complaints, cancellations, and service performance. Turn leadership requirements into user-friendly reports and visuals that support business decision‑making. Data Analysis Extract and analyze data from multiple platforms (CEP, BSE, AMP, IPscape, and others) to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with commentary and actionable recommendations. Support leadership with ad‑hoc reporting for operations, projects, and compliance. Data Quality & Governance Maintain report accuracy through validation, data cleaning, and anomaly checks. Partner with IT, CX, and Compliance teams to uphold data security and privacy standards. Improve reporting processes, documentation, and data management practices. Other Duties Train team members on how to interpret dashboards and reports. Present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Participate in audits, compliance initiatives, and team projects. Stay updated on new reporting tools and trends. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Deliver timely, accurate, and interactive Power BI dashboards. Ensure data integrity and report clarity at all times. Provide insights that drive measurable improvements in CX, service delivery, and efficiency.
