Responsibilities Review and verify the Procurement Schedule and assist Project Development in finalizing the Bid Schedule on a monthly basis. Facilitate and manage the entire bidding process, including sending RFQs and Invitations to Bid to qualified vendors, ensuring adherence to timelines and procedures. Coordinate and organize meetings with internal and external stakeholders, such as Invitations to Bid, Opening of Bids, Clarificatory Meetings, and Proposal Negotiations. Manage the complete awarding process—sourcing and canvassing to preparation and endorsement of purchase orders (POs) with all required documents for approval. Prepare and submit canvass sheets or cost comparisons to ensure transparency and accuracy in procurement decisions. Monitor and ensure the timely delivery of OSM, supplies, and equipment, as well as the prompt submission of PR–PO–delivery count monitoring reports. Evaluate and verify vendor qualifications by checking NFCC submissions, reviewing past and ongoing projects, and assessing technical capability, including site visits when necessary. Prepare and evaluate bid tabulations and cost comparisons, facilitate both technical and commercial evaluations, and endorse PO/NTP for approval. Qualifications Educational Background Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration and Supply Chain Management. Professional Experience 1-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management. Skills and Training Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and make informed decision.
