Junior Call Center Agent (Open to Fresh Graduates) National Capital Region (NCR), Pasig City Qualifications Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, High School Diploma, Senior High School Diploma, or some college (but did not graduate) in any course. Fresh graduates or entry-level candidates specializing in BPO/Call Center or equivalent are welcome to apply. With or without call center experience. Working students are welcome to apply as long as they are committed to working on a fixed GY shift. Must have good English (verbal and written) communication skills. Amenable to work onsite at Cyberspace Alpha (Ortigas, Pasig) Office. Flexible in working on a graveyard shift. Amenable to handle a financial voice account. Skills Ability to engage in English conversations. Actively listens, shows empathy, and maintains professionalism. Guides customer interactions per the Company and Client's service strategy and policies. Capable of clearly and cohesively documenting relevant call details, adhering to quality standards. Able to follow call flows, directives, and processes. Proficient in typing and keyboarding. Possesses primary computer and internet literacy. Key Responsibilities Answers customer calls and addresses issues/concerns. Provides accurate and complete needed/requested information following call flows and processes. Communicates appropriate options to provide timely resolution. Documents/logs all customer interactions following the quality standard.
