Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, manage sales team, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain inventory.
  • Supervise daily branch operations and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Manage staff, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training.
  • Maintain customer service standards and resolve client issues.
  • Analyze branch performance metrics and implement improvements.
  • Coordinate marketing efforts to promote branch services.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial reporting activities.
Qualifications
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-2 years in retail or branch management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong work ethic, marketing acumen, teamwork, customer management, and inventory management.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, effective communication, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude.
