Key Responsibilities Lead and support Oracle EPM Cloud change initiatives Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements Collaborate with stakeholders to gather inputs and manage expectations Oversee solution delivery, testing, and user onboarding Recommend process improvements and support continuous enhancement What You Bring 2–5 years of experience in business analysis (EPM Cloud a plus) Background in change management and finance systems Understanding of management accounting and financial reporting Experience in Agile environments and cross-regional collaboration Strong communication, analytical, and facilitation skills Familiarity with Smart View, SQL, Oracle Data Management, and Oracle Analytics Cloud (preferred) Relevant certifications in EPM, change management, or business analysis (advantageous) #J-18808-Ljbffr
