Overview

Facilities Coordinator - Cebu at CBRE Asia Pacific. This role involves working with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure facility tasks and work orders are completed, as part of the Facilities Management function supporting property operations.

What You’ll Do
  • Work with landlords, tenants, and service providers to ensure procedures, policies, and reporting formats are followed.
  • Acknowledge client inquiries and collect work orders.
  • Collect information reports to determine performance and progress status.
  • File work orders, proposals, department files, and other paperwork submitted by vendors.
  • Monitor activities outside the building such as waste disposal and recycling.
  • Follow instructions, communicate clearly, and ask clarifying questions when needed.
  • Respond to inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and supervisors.
  • Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems under close supervision.
  • Understand duties, methods, and tasks as described; deliver output by following defined procedures and processes under guidance.
What You’ll Need
  • High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards.
  • Communication skills to convey straightforward information.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills (e.g., percentages, discounts, markups).
