Job Responsibilities: Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy Develop and monitor marketing campaigns. Manage and oversee all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Design, build, and maintain our social media presence. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience. Coordinate and negotiate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results Work with a team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies through digital marketing. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management. Job Requirements: Diploma or Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising role. Proven working experience in digital marketing, with a focus on achieving measurable results. Demonstrable experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email campaigns, social media, and digital ad campaigns. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their best practices, and website analytics. Proficiency in using website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates. Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines. Candidates with prior experiences in iGaming B2B/B2C marketing or advertising will be given priority. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate Building, executing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns. Managing processes Self-motivated yet result-oriented Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis Familiar with SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, website management and digital advertising Location: Manila, Philippines Remuneration: PHP 35,000 - 60,000 monthly #J-18808-Ljbffr
