RemoteVA PH is seeking a detail-oriented Donations Data Entry Specialist to support our nonprofit client by accurately recording monetary donations using LGL (Little Green Light) , a donation management software similar to QuickBooks.

Responsibilities:
  • Enter donation data into LGL accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain and update donation records in Excel
  • Respond to donor inquiries via phone and email
  • Make follow-up calls when necessary
  • Generate donation reports as required
Requirements:
  • Experience with Excel and QuickBooks (or similar software)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Good communication skills for handling donor calls and emails
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Prior experience in donation management or nonprofit sector (preferred but not required)
Tools & Software:
  • LGL (Little Green Light) – Training provided
  • Microsoft Excel
  • QuickBooks (or similar accounting software)
Benefits & Schedule:
  • Full-time work from 9 AM - 5 PM EST (10 PM - 6 AM PH Time)
  • Work from home
  • Salary: USD 650 per month
