• Calculates New Business amount covered and rates.

• Calls the Marketing Professional for interview and verification regarding the invoice.

• Accurately encodes the motor policy.

• Distributes motor policies to Marketing Professional or Client after issuance.

• Explains policy details to clients, including deductibles during claims and instructions for accident reports and documents.

• Computes and provides the best quotation to close motor insurance sales.

• Manually creates monthly sales reports and other reports required by the dealer.

Renewals

• With permission, communicates with clients to remind them of policy expiry.

• Computes and provides motor insurance quotations to clients.

• Issues policies upon sale closure.

• Sends renewed policies to clients and banks (if mortgaged).

• Advises clients on payment processes, including options through Metrobank and allowances of 90 to 120 days, and the possibility of sending representatives for payment and policy pickup.

• Explains policy coverage duration matching with plate number if desired.

• Advises clients on policy flow and coverage after sale closure.

• Creates monthly renewal reports for the dealer and AXA accounting.

Claims (Assistance to Claims Department)

• Assists clients during claims processes.

• Advises on requirements and assists in filling out the VARF.

• Checks completeness of claims documents.

• Explains client obligations regarding deductibles and betterment shares, especially for vehicles over three years old.

• Updates clients on LOA status.

• Reaches out when LOA is ready or if documents are pending.

• Provides updates on claims issues and concerns.

• Shares contact details of estimators and repair follow-up contacts if needed.

• Follows up proactively if claims TAT is at risk of not being met.
