Key Responsibilities Manage counter operations, handling customer complaints and reporting incidents. Implement and monitor company policies and procedures for counter operations. Prepare staff work schedules, assign tasks, and evaluate performance. Monitor monthly performance reports. \Manage equipment, supplies, and merchandise, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and security. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Hospitality. Experience: Minimum 2 years in a service-oriented environment.
