Job Description

As a Marketing Analyst , you'll take ownership of dashboards, campaign reporting, and marketing insights. From working with clean data to communicating findings across teams, you'll drive smarter strategies in a collaborative, tech-driven environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

Experience

• 2-4 years in marketing analytics or a related field
• Open to candidates with 5-10 years of experience

Skills

• Strong SQL and Excel expertise
• Dashboarding experience (Power BI, Tableau, or QuickSight preferred)
• Familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, or similar platforms

Soft Skills

• Excellent communicator—able to explain complex data clearly

Preferred but Not Required

• B2B SaaS experience
• Exposure to Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRMs/automation tools

Key Considerations

• Must balance technical ability with storytelling skills (turning data into actionable insights)
• Communication is critical-must present findings in a way that non-technical stakeholders can understand
• Flexibility for hybrid work in EST hours is essential

Your Daily Tasks

• Dashboards & Reporting: Create and maintain dashboards (Power BI preferred) to track campaigns, leads, and pipeline
• Data Accuracy: Keep marketing data clean and reliable; work with engineering on Snowflake/dbt pipelines
• Analytics & Insights: Review campaign performance (digital, email, events, etc.) and share clear recommendations
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product to show marketing's contribution across the funnel
