Overview

Primary Duties and Responsibilities I. Sales Force Program
  • Manage lead generation applications targeting WFH seekers and existing Pacific employees.
II. Agent Coordinator
  • Utilize existing data to contact agents and promote awareness of the referral program.
  • Increase customer engagement through targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Encourage customers to provide high-quality referrals with higher conversion potential.
  • Streamline and optimize the referral process for ease of participation.
  • Measure and track program effectiveness, making necessary improvements.
  • Oversee enrollment, manual code generation, and monitoring of applicants to ensure compliance with program terms and conditions.
Cover Shift
  • Perform tasks assigned to subordinates during their absence.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Experience
  • Minimum 1 year in the retail industry (Required)
Language
  • English (Preferred)
Willingness to Travel
  • 100% (Required)
