Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through completion.

The junior architect will work closely with senior architects and other team members to assist in drafting, planning, and coordinating building design projects, ensuring they meet client needs and comply with all relevant regulations and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, drawings, and presentations using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools.
  • Support senior team members in developing concepts, layouts, and design options.
  • Participate in site visits and surveys to collect necessary data and provide on-site assistance.
  • Prepare 3D models, renderings, and visualizations for internal and client presentations.
  • Prepare as-built drawings of completed projects and other requirements for the client.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout the design and construction phases.
  • Conduct research on materials, products, building codes, and construction techniques.
  • Manage and organize project files, specifications, and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field (Master’s degree preferred but not required).
  • Basic understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction documentation.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a collaborative design environment.
  • Experience in architectural design and planning.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
