Healthcare Support Specialist Metacom Careers Location Mactan Newtown, Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu Salary Package Up to 23,000 Job Overview We are looking for a Healthcare Support Specialist to join our dynamic BPO team in Mactan Newtown. This role is perfect for someone with at least 6 months of call center experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. As the first point of contact for patients and healthcare clients, you’ll be responsible for providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and delivering a professional, empathetic experience. Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound healthcare-related calls with professionalism and empathy Assist patients or healthcare providers with inquiries, benefits verification, appointment setting, and account updates Analyze and resolve concerns using critical thinking and problem‑solving skills Ensure accuracy in all data entry and communication Follow company procedures and compliance standards Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in every interaction Qualifications Must be a Senior High School graduate (K‑12, New Curriculum) or higher With at least 6 months of BPO/call center experience Must be spontaneous, articulate, and demonstrate strong critical thinking skills Amenable to work onsite in Mactan Newtown, Lapu‑Lapu City Willing to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays Benefits Competitive salary up to 23,000 HMO and other benefits upon regularization Dynamic and supportive work environment Career growth and training opportunities A chance to make an impact in the healthcare industry Ready to Make a Difference?
