IT Project Manager (Panoptik Global) Join to apply for the IT Project Manager role at Panoptik Global. The IT Project Manager acts as the primary liaison between the assigned business unit and the Central IT team. The role leads projects through all phases of the project management lifecycle, ensuring transparency, risk mitigation and quality delivery. It also involves oversight of designated IT solution sets and close collaboration with IT Solution Delivery and the IT Steering Committee to secure necessary approvals and support. Overview The position requires extensive experience in Project Management, familiarity with project‑related risk and issue management, change management, and requirement analysis. Candidates must possess strong communication, negotiation, problem‑solving, analytical thinking, customer‑focus, and presentation skills, and domain expertise on B2B/B2C Systems & Solutions, E‑commerce, Human Capital Management, ERP and Digital Marketing. Responsibilities Project Leadership & Governance : Lead projects following the Project Management Lifecycle; adhere to standard templates, secure approvals and participate in gate reviews. Planning & Execution : Define objectives, scope, milestones, deliverables, risks, and resources; develop detailed project plans; coordinate with internal teams and third‑party service providers. Communication & Stakeholder Management : Provide regular status reports and updates; facilitate post‑mortem reviews and lessons learned. Documentation & Compliance : Oversee archival, security and maintenance of project documents; ensure documentation complies with internal policies and legal requirements. Vendor & Risk Management : Monitor vendor performance, implement corrective actions, evaluate and mitigate risks using a formal risk matrix approach. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field. Experience : Minimum 35 years experience in IT Project Management covering end‑to‑end IT projects, with a solid understanding of SDLC methodologies. Certifications : PMP and/or Agile Certification highly desired. Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Asana or Trello. Experience with relational database systems (Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc.) and application security best practices. Domain expertise in Human Capital Management, Warehouse Management, Transport Management or similar systems; plus expertise in B2B/B2C systems, e‑commerce, ERP or digital marketing. Core Competencies Strong project management and business analysis skills. Proficiency in risk, issue, change management and requirement analysis.
