Job Title: Assistant Manager-Operations (Spanish Bilingual)
Location: Quezon City
Work Mode: Nightshift
Job Responsibilities

  • 3 years exp as a Spanish Bilingual Supervisor in the BPO with 3 years of CS background
  • Financial /Mortgage experience is a plus.
  • Candidate must be able to visit government-related offices such as PEZA, BIR, SEC, BOI
  • Excellent Communication Skills.
  • Should be fluent in Spanish and must have Spanish certification for at least an intermediate level.
  • Great People Management skills with proven record in critical and analytical thinking.
  • Experience in client engagement.
  • Amenable to US shift timings.
  • Amenable to work onsite in Quezon City.
Job Required
  • Lead a team of bilingual (English and Spanish) associates.
  • Promoting mortgage products, continually engaging with a pipeline of customers and helping them retain their home via servicing and collection efforts, while maintaining compliance with current client, federal, and investor guidelines
