In this critical Sales Manager role, you will oversee operations and sales performance in the Philippines. Report directly to the Country Manager. Overview Managing the daily operation of the call center to meet sales targets and in line with the Company's objectives and strategies. Responsibilities Create procedures/policies for the sales team to ensure target achievement. Setting the team’s KPIs to reach the Company’s targets. Create appropriate call scripts/sales promotions to attract customers. Analyzing sales data to improve processes and ensure resources are properly allocated, maximize efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors, and track operational performance. Ensuring all relevant communications and data are updated and recorded. Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying coaching needs, and planning coaching sessions. Handling the most complex customer complaints or enquiries. Supporting subordinates to solve difficult issues and giving suitable directions. Proposing staff changes in assigned areas, including the hiring, promotion, demotion, vacations, leaves of absence, and release of staff. Evaluating staff on KPIs at the end of the year and creating new KPIs for the next year. Preparing reports on sales daily. Motivating and retaining staff. Required knowledge Familiarity with Nutral Herbal Corporation products is a plus. Experience in inbound and outbound sales. Ability to quickly apply different and dynamic sales strategies to increase. Have an entrepreneur mindset and strong problem-solving skills. Training team, excellence in sales closing skills, objection handling (conversion). Required education background and experience Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. At least 3-4 years’ experience in a Call Center, at least 3 years' experience in managing a call-center scale of at least 70 people with proven records. Experience of working for a multinational company is an advantage. Ready to work in a start-up environment and have experience using systems to manage teams.
