Results‑oriented – focus on outcomes, not busyness. Position Summary The Technical SEO Specialist is responsible for executing organic search strategies for individual clients of Rocket Clicks. As a front‑line team member, they actively engage in search optimization daily to drive performance results for their clients. They attend internal sprint meetings and strategy sessions, prioritize critical tasks, and find efficiencies through automation and delegation to deliver their best work. Key Responsibilities Execute Rocket Clicks playbook for the particular client industry. Ensure account execution follows company First Principles methodology. Analyze performance data for monthly and quarterly reporting. Execute SEO tasks within weekly sprint planning framework. Make updates to websites through CMS or direct code injection. Work with design and editing partners to ensure marketing campaigns use compelling content. Execute regular technical SEO health checks for web properties to ensure site compliance. Implement and confirm conversion tracking to support reporting and measurement needs. Attend internal virtual client meetings for context and clarity of tasks. Execute audits of client and prospect accounts using the provided framework to harvest opportunities for growth. Work with generative AI to develop search‑friendly content for client websites. Execute research to support marketing initiatives and direction. Capabilities & Key Competencies Knack for “figuring it out” when tackling new tasks or processes. Strong desire to grow and learn more, highly coachable. Technically savvy, able to understand how systems work and interact quickly. Holds themselves to a high standard of excellence, rarely delivers work with mistakes. Collaborative experience as part of SEO teams. Understanding of how businesses acquire customers digitally. Experience working in content management systems such as WordPress, HubSpot. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Ahrefs. Reporting against defined performance metrics. Education & Experience 2–4 years working in professional services organizations. 2+ years professional experience in SEO. Prior agency experience is a strong plus. Physical Requirements Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working. Able to work night shift Philippine time. Pay Range PHP 90,000 – 130,000 per month (remote Philippines). Employment Details Location: Remote – Philippines (100% Work From Home). Work schedule: 8 AM – 5 PM Central Standard Time.
