Systems Analyst (IAM and Active Directory) To provide technical skills in documenting policies and procedures, detailed requirements analysis, document processes and recommend solutions. Assist and support in user acceptance testing and implementation/execution of new projects. Job Responsibilities Initiate requirement gathering sessions with business users to formulate and document business requirements Draft policies and guidelines for Systems Provide users with appropriate support and advice Gather and prepare project requirements with timetable Release approved documentation of the new/updated process Ensure completeness of information needed relevant to the requisition for departmental equipment, forms, tangible accountabilities prior endorsement to his immediate superior Provide administrative support related to the department’s target Provide recommendations in line with new initiatives and innovations Assist in the implementation of innovations in coordination with Technology, Process and Systems Division Qualifications At least 1 year work experience as a Systems Analyst Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree preferably Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Business Administration, Accounting/Finance or any related field Collaborative, communicative, and creative with strong reasoning and problem‑solving skills Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills; Proficient in SharePoint Must be willing to work in MOA Square, Pasay City Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function Information Technology Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at SM Supermalls by 2x #J-18808-Ljbffr
