Help transform how our Finance team works by combining data, process, and technology. We're looking for a Systems Analyst with a strong accounting foundation who can analyze financial processes and deliver innovative, automated solutions that drive efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

You'll work closely with cross-functional teams — particularly Finance and IT — to design, test, and implement system enhancements that simplify workflows and strengthen operational performance.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, evaluate, and document current Finance and Accounting processes to identify areas for improvement and automation.
  • Collaborate with Finance users and IT developers to design and implement system-based solutions aligned with business requirements.
  • Prepare business cases, requirements documents, and functional specifications for system development and enhancement.
  • Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new or upgraded systems.
  • Support system implementation activities, including user training, documentation, and post-deployment review.
  • Ensure that system controls and processes comply with financial and accounting standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Information Systems, or related course (CPA is an advantage).
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related function (Finance Systems, Business Analysis, or Process Improvement).
  • Proficient in MS Visio, Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, such as budgeting, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Knowledgeable in process mapping, data flow diagramming, and system documentation.
