Overview

As a Shift Supervisor, you will spend your working day mainly at your desk, interacting – in person and via phone and e-mail – with our Game Presenters (your main stakeholder) and management.

The role helps you grow organizational skills, fast-paced decision making, thinking outside of the box, and finding creative solutions to ensure staffing on shift is adequate to keep operations running. You will develop a high level of problem solving and the ability to multitask. Ideally, you have previously worked in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a strong sense of doing right is essential.

You will spend the first 2 weeks in our state-of-the-art Academy where you will be taught our games and all procedures, together with internal procedures and tools.

Main tasks
  • Create internal rotation patterns, taking care of long absences, sick leaves, changes in the GP schedule; uniform handling
  • Create Game Presenters Monthly Schedule
  • Manage various requests of team members and handle them in a timely manner; establish and foster cross-departmental cooperation

  • An ability to make decisions requiring independent judgment and to identify and refer other issues to the proper authorities
  • Strong teamwork skills followed by a professional attitude
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • High level of emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills
  • Proactive and results-driven; logical thinking and decisiveness in decision making

  • Preferably knows how to use Office (MS Excel)
  • An ability to communicate clearly with staff, establishing cooperative linkages among the team
  • Able to resolve interpersonal and interdepartmental issues
Requirements
  • Must be willing to work on a rotating shift schedule (6 days on, 2 days off), including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts
  • Must have experience as a Pit Boss or in a supervisory role
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must be responsible, dedicated, and dependable
