About the Role We’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting both the operational and strategic goals of the team. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and support strategic initiatives. Manage communications with chauffeur partners, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and professional handling of inquiries. Work closely with chauffeur partners to ensure they consistently exceed customer expectations and uphold high standards of service quality. Assist in maintaining compliance and documentation requirements for the market. Build strong, genuine relationships with our chauffeur partners and key local partners, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration. Report to the team on supply contact trends. Escalate urgent issues reported by the supply market for resolution. Process payment adjustments as required and maintain records. Maintain consistent ’voice’ in all outgoing communications with the supply market. Requirements Qualifications 3 years of experience in the BPO industry for any blended customer service responsibilities (email, chat, calls) or any solid 2 years of experience for both criteria/industry (transportation/travel). Experience in travel/logistics/gound transportation is preferable but not required. Familiar with using Google Suites. About You Experience: You bring relevant experience in a business environment, with a proven track record in service quality. Communication Skills: You excel in written and verbal communication, particularly in engaging with chauffeurs or suppliers. Relationship Building: You are personable, convincing, and committed to building strong, productive relationships with colleagues and partners. Adaptability: You are flexible, open‑minded, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
