We're looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting both the operational and strategic goals of the team. Key Responsibilities:

? Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and support strategic initiatives.

? Manage communications with chauffeur partners, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely and professional handling of inquiries.

? Work closely with chauffeur partners to ensure they consistently exceed customer expectations and uphold high standards of service quality.

? Assist in maintaining compliance and documentation requirements for the market.

? Build strong, genuine relationships with our chauffeur partners and key local partners, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.

? Report to the team on supply contact trends

? Escalate urgent issues reported by the supply market for resolution

? Process payment adjustments as required and maintain records

? Maintain consistent 'voice' in all outgoing communications with the supply market

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in the BPO industry for any blended customer service responsibilities (email,chat,calls) or any solid 2 years of experience for both criteria/industry (transportation/travel)
  • Experience in travel/logistics/ ground transportation is preferable but not required.
  • Familiar with using google suites.
