You’ll be the face of our properties—balancing tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial performance. Core Responsibilities Tenant & Leasing Management Market vacancies, screen applicants (credit/background checks), and execute leases in compliance with fair housing/local laws. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections and handle tenant communications/conflict resolution. Maintenance & Vendor Coordination Schedule repairs, inspections, and emergencies with trusted vendors (plumbers, electricians, and cleaners). Perform routine property walkthroughs to uphold safety and curb appeal. Financial Oversight Collect rent, track delinquencies, and enforce lease terms. Prepare monthly owner statements, annual budgets, and expense reports. Compliance & Reporting Ensure adherence to local housing regulations, insurance requirements, and company policies. Document incidents, maintenance logs, and lease agreements. Qualifications & Skills Must-Have: 3+ years in property management (residential/commercial). Working knowledge of leasing laws, tenant rights, and basic accounting. Proficiency with property software (AppFolio, Yardi, Rent Manager). Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills.
