You will be responsible for cultivating strong partnerships, implementing strategies to maximize broker performance, and contributing significantly to our sales success in the vibrant Cebu market. We are looking for a strategic and relationship-oriented leader who will: Develop and maintain strong relationships with a wide network of real estate brokers in Cebu. Implement strategies to drive sales through the broker network. Provide training, support, and motivation to partner brokers. Achieve and exceed sales targets through the broker channel. Qualifications: A graduate of BS Real Estate Management or any 4‑year course Must have experience in real estate sales or as Broker Coordinator from a real estate developer Must have an extensive network of real estate brokers and agents.
