Position Junior Sales Manager Job Location: Luzon, Mindanao Your Impact Developing a deep understanding of Teachmint’s offering. Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Introduce best practices and processes in alignment with the leaders and key decision-makers to improve sales performance. Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly sales results. Strengthen the GTM strategy. Foster cross-functional collaborations with product and tech teams to drive impactful sales. Who You Are At least 1-2 years of experience in Hardware/ B2B Products. Philippines B2B SaaS selling experience is mandatory. Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment, learn on the job and get things done. Enthusiasm and passion to take a differentiated digital infra product to the end user. Ownership and a bias for action. Entrepreneurial mindset to achieve speed and scale. Data-driven and analytical approach to problem-solving.
