Salary: Competitive, based on experience, plus commission Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary Designs Ligna is looking for a passionate and design-oriented Sales Designer to join our Makati showroom team. This role blends creative design insight with sales expertise to help clients find or customize the perfect furniture pieces for their homes and projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in design and a strong sense of aesthetics, combined with the confidence to manage client relationships and contribute to sales performance in a high‑end retail environment. Key Responsibilities Guide clients through the design and selection process to ensure each piece complements their space and vision Help meet individual and team sales goals through a consultative and service‑driven approach Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and related documentation Conduct design presentations and product discussions for clients, architects, and interior designers Interpret client needs, preferences, and design concepts into practical and aesthetic furniture solutions Coordinate with production and design teams on customization requests, finishes, and specifications Provide professional advice on layouts, materials, and finishes to help clients achieve their desired style Client Relationships & Service Excellence Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and design professionals Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects to secure repeat business Deliver a personalized experience consistent with the Designs Ligna brand’s standards of excellence Showroom Operations & Team Support Support daily showroom operations and contribute to maintaining a premium, inspiring environment Participate in showroom events, product launches, and promotional campaigns Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance client engagement and brand visibility Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Industrial Design Experience in furniture sales, interior design, or related fields is an advantage but not required Strong eye for design, proportion, and materials Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Professional, client‑focused, and confident in handling client interactions Passion for design, craftsmanship, and high‑quality furniture Willingness to work showroom hours, including weekends and special events Why Join Our Team?
