Responsibilities
  • Achieve and surpass assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and secure new distributors while upselling to existing customers.
  • Monitor and report on competitors' activities.
  • Develop in-depth market knowledge and track competitor actions in the trade channel, providing feedback to management.
  • Manage the full sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Foster strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and account planning.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and efficient product and service delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports and participate in performance review meetings.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop responsive strategies.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Modern Trade, Key Account, or Branch Manager role within the FMCG industry (preferably in Personal Care, Skincare, Beauty or Convenience Store).
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English.
  • Ability to develop effective channel sales strategies.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Results-driven, entrepreneurial, and self-motivated.
  • Skilled in tracking and reporting competitor activities, developing market intelligence, and providing proactive feedback to management on trade channel matters.
  • Capable of working under pressure to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Can do field work.
  • Can to join the team immediately.
  • Ability to start immediately and adhere to a Work-from-Office (WFO) policy in BGC, Taguig.
