Overview Product Owner SaaS (Up to ₱75K + Hybrid Set Up + FREE AI Certification) – Cebu City onsite for the first 90 days, then hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH). Day Shift (7 AM–4:00 PM PH Time). In this role you will help drive product strategy and execution for our SaaS solutions, leading cross-functional collaboration and championing client-centric approaches. Responsibilities Own and manage the product backlog and prioritize features based on business value and user needs. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and support teams to ensure aligned and timely product delivery, facilitating Agile ceremonies. Conduct client meetings and user testing to capture insights; leverage analytics to track user engagement; develop and implement AI solutions for process optimization. Define and monitor KPIs for product success and drive product strategy and execution for cross-functional impact. Qualifications Experience: at least 5 years as a Product Owner or in a similar SaaS role; experience leading Agile development teams; proven track record managing the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch and continuous improvement; experience working on AI-powered applications; experience using AI coding assistant tools. Technical Skills: hands-on experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana); knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or Tableau); familiar with Agile frameworks; proficient with AI tools and platforms. Non-Negotiables: onsite work for the first 90 days transitioning to hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH); Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; strong leadership and collaboration skills; strategic communication and Agile execution skills; customer-centric and innovative mindset. Bonus: openness to using AI tools for product management tasks.
