Nezda Technologies, Inc. is seeking a talented Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients in the healthcare industry. Responsibilities- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide accurate information and guidance to customers on various healthcare-related topics
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or department for further assistance
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures
- 1+ year of experience in a customer service or call centre role (Healthcare Account)
- Completed at least 2 years in college plus 1 year Healthcare International BPO Experience
- 30,000 Signing Bonus
- Get as much as 28,000 php Salary Package
