Microsoft Licensing Operations Specialist (Night Shift) Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. As Microsoft Licensing Operations Specialist with Insight, you will hold that will work closely with their Software Advisors and Software Licensing Consultants supporting them by handling the day‑to‑day tasks which may include: requesting current contract documents and uploading them to the SharePoint site, quote requests and creation, requesting Microsoft Licensing Statements, handling the pro‑active onboarding of new Microsoft Enrollments and Enrollment renewals & submitting POSS tickets. This position would need to have a granular understanding of specific Microsoft licensing programs and the nuisances within them. What to Expect We’re legendary for taking care of our teammates. As a Microsoft Licensing Operations Specialist, you will get to: Support quoting requests, portal requests (MILO, MLS, POSS), and new opportunity quotes, including subscription modifications and renewals. Assist with minor inquiries on Microsoft operational practices and route emails to the appropriate team members. Process orders, ensuring proper documentation and coordination with SLCs, SAs, or the Sales team. Maintain document organization in SharePoint/Teams and perform other assigned tasks.
