What You'll Do

As an
Automation Operations Specialist
, you will:

  • Support project feasibility assessments, planning, design, execution, and monitoring.
  • Execute internal and external projects using a structured, collaborative approach while adapting to changing business needs.
  • Partner across teams and functions to design solutions for process improvement and automation.
  • Develop, test, and deploy software solutions to automate manual workflows.
  • Build dashboards (Power BI) and tools that enable data-driven decision-making.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, create prototypes, and implement automation standards.
  • Support data analytics and reporting efforts to improve operational efficiency.


What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in
    Manufacturing, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
    (or related field).
  • 2+ years
    of experience in
    automation or data analytics
    .
  • 2+ years
    of experience in
    supply chain, project management, or process improvement
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Power BI, SQL, Python
    , and strong knowledge of
    Microsoft Office / Google Sheets
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    software development, programming, and system testing
    .
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent
    communication and collaboration
    abilities.
  • A growth mindset and the drive to stay current with emerging technologies.
