This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified Spanish-English bilingual talent for short-term customer service assignments. It supports upcoming seasonal campaigns and reports to the HR Manager, working closely with operations teams to meet staffing goals.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively source Spanish-bilingual candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and other channels.
  • Conduct initial screening calls in both English and Spanish to assess language proficiency, mindset, and culture fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure efficient scheduling and feedback loops.
  • Provide regular updates on hiring progress to HR and operations.
  • Manage seasonal hiring timelines and ramp-up targets, adjusting recruiting strategies as needed.
  • Assist in documentation and improvements for seasonal recruitment workflows.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially in BPO/Call Center industry.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish — spoken and written (a recognized certificate or background is a plus).
  • Skilled in sourcing, screening, and candidate management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to track multiple candidates effectively.
Compensation
  • Basic Salary Php 40,000
