The Role

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time, with a 1-hour unpaid break

Salary: $1,000 per month

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a residential or commercial property portfolio. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, take initiative, and communicate effectively with internal teams, tenants, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Property Manager in scheduling, task tracking, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Review and manage tenant records, lease documentation, and maintenance requests.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with lease agreements, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Maintain organized records, deadlines, and property-related documentation.
  • Communicate with tenants and vendors to resolve inquiries and support operational efficiency.
Ideal Profile Qualifications
  • 1+ year of experience in property management, real estate, or administrative support.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently, follow through on tasks, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with property management systems or CRMs is a plus.
