Seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our senior executive(s). The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, able to work independently with little or no supervision, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Key Responsibilities: Act as the point of contact between the executive and internal/external clients. Maintain a daily electronic journal, arrange meetings and appointments, and provide reminders as needed. Handle confidential information and maintain the security of the executive's records and files. Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner. Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings. Make travel and accommodation arrangements. Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports. Oversee the performance of other clerical and administrative staff. Act as an office manager by keeping up with office supply inventory. Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports. Take minutes during meetings. Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Organize and maintain the office filing system. About you. Qualifications: At least 2-3 years of work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role. Excellent MS Office knowledge and English proficiency. Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g., e-calendars, copy machines, and printers). Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Discretion and confidentiality. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field may be preferred. What's in it for you?
