Direct message the job poster from AAG. Role Description The Quality Auditor supports the quality auditing process within the organization. Working under the direction of a Senior Quality Auditor, the Junior Quality Auditor helps ensure that the organization's quality management system (QMS) complies with relevant standards, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves assisting in the planning, execution, and documentation of audits, as well as supporting the implementation of corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications Assists in conducting internal audits, supporting the planning and execution of internal audits to evaluate compliance with policies, procedures, and standards required by the CAA. Participates in ensuring the maintenance procedures adhere to the Procedures Manual, within the required timeframe, in accordance with the approved program of each aircraft type. Participates in assessing the equipment, tools, and materials utilized and ensures that they are within standard and calibrated properly. Assists in preparing for external audits conducted by regulatory bodies, customers, or third-party auditors. Provides support during external audits. Assists in audit preparation. Helps develop audit plans, including defining the scope, objectives, and criteria. Prepares audit checklists and gathers documentation needed for conducting audits. Assists in documenting audit findings, including non-conformances and areas for improvement. Helps prepare preliminary audit reports and present them to the Senior Quality Auditor for review and approval. Maintains accurate records of audit activities and findings. Supports the monitoring of corrective actions to address audit findings. Assists in conducting follow-up audits to verify the effectiveness of corrective actions and ensure issues are resolved. Assists in providing training to employees on quality standards, audit processes, and compliance requirements. Promotes quality awareness and continuous improvement within the organization. Assists in monitoring the validity of the ratings, licenses, and certification of the personnel of the aircraft maintenance organization. Keeps record of personnel and the validity of their licenses and certifications and ensures that these qualifications are renewed before their expiry date. Monitors and ensures that the company's Maintenance Organization Procedures Manual is updated and within standards specified by the CAA. Oversees the entire lifecycle of certifications, work packages, calibration documents, maintenance records, ratings of the AMO, airworthiness certificates, capability list, and other relevant documents. Supports the Quality Manager in ensuring that the AMO certification is within its validity date and adheres to applicable regulations required by the CAA. Assists in preparing the required documents and forms for the renewal of the AMO Certificate in accordance with the requirements of the CAA. Coordinates the preparation and management of event request forms and payment requests for all regulatory inspections, audits, and certificate fees (including device surveillance fees and CAA invoices) following the successful completion of audits. This includes managing per-diem allowances, transportation, hotel accommodations, meals, and other related expenses. Auditors have direct access to all parts of the organization, as well as to any contracted training or service providers. As independent personnel, the Auditor reports findings, remarks, and non-compliances directly to the Quality Supervisor or Quality Manager.
