Operations Specialist – responsible for developing and executing data‑driven strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and overall business performance. This role focuses on analyzing user behavior, creating targeted campaigns, and ensuring a seamless user experience across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Establish and maintain a structured user tagging system to capture key data such as demographics, behavior, retention, payment activity, and channel source. Design and implement activation, retention, conversion, and re‑engagement strategies through proper segmentation and targeting. Develop detailed user personas and map out scenario‑based operations, ensuring clear user journeys and well‑defined touch points. Collaborate closely with Data, Product, Content, and Channel teams to align strategies and continuously improve plans based on performance insights. Oversee the end‑to‑end operations process from planning and execution to post‑activity evaluation while monitoring key performance metrics such as user activity, retention rate, lifetime value (LTV), and ROI. Build and maintain operational dashboards and regularly prepare reports and insights to guide decision‑making. Track user feedback and overall health, identifying potential risks and implementing response measures when needed. Partner with product teams to recommend UX enhancements and support ongoing product improvements. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Analysis, Business Management, or any related field. Experience: At least 2 to 5 years of experience in User Operations, Growth Hacking, Product Operations, or Data Analysis. Experience in user segmentation and retention activation is an advantage. Technical Skills: Strong analytical and data‑driven mindset; Proficient in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R, and familiar with BI platforms like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI; Skilled in building and maintaining user tagging systems and knowledgeable in basic data modeling; Experience in campaign design and execution, including creating A/B tests and analyzing results. Soft Skills: Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams; Strong project management and time management skills; High level of market awareness to ensure operations strategies align with business goals. Language: Proficiency in English is an advantage. Personal Attributes: Data‑driven, results‑oriented, and user‑focused. Must be a good storyteller and presenter who can turn insights into actionable recommendations. Work Location: Must be willing to work onsite at Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig.
