Overview

As a Product Engagement Officer , you will be responsible for developing and managing the credit card customer lifecycle. This includes the total product journey from acquisition, activation, usage, and anti-attrition campaigns. Your role will require the development of go-to-market campaigns and high-impact tactics. Furthermore, you will be expected to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to advance key business objectives and drive organizational success.

What you’ll contribute
  • Develops and manages products by identifying potential products, product requirements, specifications and features.
  • Drives the groundwork needed in conceptualizing and implementing a product/service/project through customer and business insights
  • Coordinates with Sales unit to oversee the customer acquisition strategy to develop applicable marketing strategies.
  • Communicate the products and features of credit cards business to relevant partners effectively
What we’re looking for
  • With 5 - 10 years of relevant experience
  • Must have an in-depth knowledge of credit card products and services and related financial and non-financial processes.
  • Proven experience in leading projects, launching products, and executing sales and marketing strategies
  • With analytical skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external partner
