What You’ll Do Strategic Growth & Leadership Lead the strategic marketing review of the fintech marketplace, analyzing its digital maturity, acquisition funnels, and channel performance. Define and operationalize a holistic performance marketing strategy aligned with client growth ambitions and venture objectives. Build a unified framework that integrates performance, automation, and marketplace excellence into a single, data-driven growth engine. Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, translating data insights into strategic decisions and actionable outcomes. Performance Marketing Excellence Oversee end-to-end digital performance across paid media, search, social, programmatic, affiliate, and marketplace channels. Implement data-driven attribution models to optimize marketing efficiency (CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention). Deploy AI-powered tools for media optimization, predictive targeting, creative automation, and advanced personalization. Champion a culture of experimentation and learning through A/B testing, CRO, and continuous data iteration. Marketplace & Ecosystem Transformation Collaborate with product and data teams to evolve the client’s marketplace ecosystem using automated merchandising, dynamic pricing, and smart segmentation. Integrate generative and predictive AI into campaign design, content creation, and audience engagement workflows. Bridge marketing and product innovation to deliver seamless, end-to-end customer experiences across acquisition and retention journeys. Cross-functional & Partner Collaboration Work closely with Creative Dock’s internal experts in data science, product design, and venture strategy to ensure integrated delivery. Build strong relationships with media and technology partners (Google, Meta, TikTok, The Trade Desk, etc.) to co-create innovative growth initiatives. Translate strategy into clear, measurable delivery frameworks for regional execution teams. What You’ll Bring Experience & Skills 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or performance strategy, ideally in fintech, marketplaces, or high-scale eCommerce. Proven success in scaling digital ecosystems and driving measurable performance impact. Deep expertise in paid media, programmatic advertising, data analytics, and marketing automation platforms. Strong understanding of AI and data-driven personalization in digital marketing and customer lifecycle management. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing C-level stakeholders. Experience working across or with Asian markets (Southeast Asia, India, or East Asia) is a significant advantage. Strong consulting mindset — able to combine analytical depth with creative strategic thinking. Fluent in English.
